Engineering Management: • Developing Structural design baselines; estimating engineering man-hours, monitoring and controlling engineering design with respect to cost, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory completion of design engineering. • Overseeing Structural design and ensuring if all contractual and functional requirements of client are met. • Coordinating with project and construction teams and providing them with all the detailed construction drawings/documents; guiding a team of Designers involved in developing working drawings. Structural Engineering: • Analyzing and designing the Structures by STAAD.Pro and sometimes manually if required. • Developing the design calculations/ drawings based on Mechanical, Electrical and Architectural general arrangement drawings and designing structures. • Contributing to the creation of conceptual and schematic designs including plans/ layout plans, their elevations and interfacing with clients for approval of the same. • I have received appreciation letters while in this service. Specialties: I have worked on residential, commercial, industrial and Metro depot projects. Each requires intricate planning, has its own challenges and every structure is a new chapter to learn.
