Currently part of Accounts Payable Team, with experience for almost two years now within Genpact Romania, as part of the Accounts Receivable Team at the beginning, specialized in allocating and clarifying payments, receiving and resolving discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact), month end processing and reporting activities, has proved to be a very involved member of the team, playing a strategic role in developing the excellent customer relationship - great feed-back from the customer. A quality focused, highly dedicated individual, with the confidence to work independently and the flexibility to work as part of a team. Has proven flexibility during a decoupling period, supporting team members each time they needed; has proven multiple times confidence in taking over multiple processes and always supporting team members. With over 6 years of experience in consultancy in HR Research as a Project Manager for establishing/increasing resilience and security of activities within companies (risk management), proving a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative HR analysis, selecting and managing personal data, project planning, ensuring the activities are delivered within time and budget, while maintaining high quality she had become a true professional. As part of professional growth objectives, Adelina has taken steps into becoming an internal trainer at Genpact Romania, offering end-to-end trainings, while following internal procedures, and in the same time maintaining professional approach towards the trainees, engaging them and making sure they will all have obtained the understanding of that course.
