In 2016 I started my work experience for EBARA PUMPS EUROPE inside the Technical Customer Service Department and after a few months I was promoted and I started to work as a Product Manager in the Marketing Department. In this position I have the following tasks:Project coordinator/ project management, market analysis, competitive analysis, product forecasting, price definition, customers and partners supporting, product results monitoring. definition and management of the price policy, preparation of the documentation of the managed products, planning and management of various training courses and presentations.Used tools: Excel Advanced level SAP Lotus In 2015 I received an offer from a multinational company DAB Pumps (Mestrino, Italy) in the customer service department. During this period I have managed various tasks:pre- and post-sales assistance for the Italian territory and export, selection of DAB products according to customer requests (wet / inline rotor circulation systems, submersible pumps, submersible, self-priming pumps, fire fighting groups, pressurization groups), comparison with competitors, different technical calculations for special products selection. Used tools: Excel Advanced level CRM INFOR SoftwareAfter the Graduation as EXPERT INDUSTRIAL CHIEF-THERMOTECHNICAL SPECIALIZATION, I was hired in 2012 as Thermo Technician Chief in the company Marini Impianti SRL (Italy) carrying out the following tasks: projecting and installation of the air conditioning systems, heating systems, drainage system and residential/ industrial gas systems.
