About Dumitru Mita

I started my career in web development and user experience, helping US and European clients bring their ideas online through fast, high-performing websites. Working on projects that went on to generate six-figure contracts and multi-million investments, I learned how design, clarity, and communication directly shape user trust and conversion. Now I work as a CRM Communications Manager at Novakid, contributing to a team that owns the full messaging lifecycle across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications. Together we design and optimize multi-channel flows that move parents from trial booking through to paid subscription, running A/B experiments to improve key conversion metrics like trial attendance and trial-to-purchase rates. Working across multiple markets, we constantly navigate cultural nuance and build stronger relationships through data and empathy.
