I am a highly motivated person who likes to continue to improve myself, I can work as part of a team or on my own. I have good interpersonal skills which allow me to deal with senior management and other staff on the same level ground. I am always willing to pass on knowledge and learn new things. I was awarded Assessor of the year in 2005 by NWR. I was one of the first assessors to be allowed to carry out the new mc/cc assessments after a very strict interview procedure. I have worked as a health and safety manager then moved into training were I have been a training manager gaining a lot of experience on my way. I lost my leg in 2018 so I'm now classified as disabled but I'm am not going to let this hold me back in my future
