About Duncan Hook

As a Customer Success Manager at Donorfy, I help charities and nonprofits leverage the power of cloud-based CRM software to manage their fundraising campaigns, donor relationships, and reporting needs. I have extensive experience in providing consultation, onboarding, implementation, and migration services to a diverse portfolio of clients, from small grassroots organisations to large national charities. My passion for customer success stems from my previous roles in various charities, where I led the development and execution of innovative and engaging fundraising strategies that increased donor retention and loyalty. I also have a strong background in project management, business process improvement, communication, and strategy creation, as well as a graduate diploma in Technical Theatre Arts from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. I am a member of the Customer Success Collective, a community of professionals who share best practices and insights on driving customer-centric growth.
