About Duncan Kearney

I'm Duncan, a qualified arborist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I started my arboricultural career, like most, as a groundy 'dragging the brush' and developed a keen passion for trees and in particular, their value and management in an urban environment. My in-depth experience in the industry has been shaped through a robust career working through the ranks, from groundsman to lead climber and foreman. The latter half of my career, has seen me channel my passion to specialise in tree preservation and leadership responsibilities around client & contractor management, operations and managing our team of passionate employees. I have developed a number of diverse and transferable skills and pride myself on a superior work ethic. I enjoy a challenge, working independently or as a leader and valued member of a professional team. I am a systematic and process-driven individual with a mature, confident and calm temperament. I am a helpful, motivated, methodical, organised and loyal employee that strives to achieve highly in every task I undertake.
