Duncan is certified in both Agile and Prince2 (Foundation & Practitioner) project management methodologies with a passion for happy and collaborative teams, business improvement, and managing change. Duncan has more than 18 years overall experience in IT with the past 7 years specialising in project management (5 years in Prince2 / 2 years in Agile). Specialising in planning and delivering business solutions for medium to large-scale corporations on IT related projects, Duncan has extensive cross industry experience including implementing ERP software, SaaS and Cloud based solutions, EDI solutions, B2B, Document Imaging, Automated Data Capture, Content and Knowledge Management Solutions. Duncan’s collaborative approach combined with clear and continuous communications with all stakeholders ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget with the maximum of features. Duncan’s skill set can adapt to a variety of different roles. With a reputation for his ability to develop creative strategies and seeks creative alternatives to achieve the desired outcome. Duncan has a sound understanding and experience in the Agile DSDM methodology of delivering Backlog prioritisation (MoSCoW), Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Incremental Delivery.
