About Duncan Muller

As a member of the Okanagan and Kootenays leadership team with RBC, I’m proud of the work that I am able to undertake as the Community Manager supporting the East Kootenay market, which includes the Cranbrook and Kimberley branches, and the communities surrounding them. My team is focused on delivering the best banking experience for our clients while also finding ways to expand our positive impact on the communities we serve and give back to them. Having worked in the financial services industry since 2009, with experience in retail banking and wealth management, my time in the industry has shown me that I have a passion for leadership and business development. A highlight of my career was being able to open a brand new retail banking branch in Calgary in 2017. It allowed me to build a team from scratch, develop processes and practices, and grow a business in a new community. I have been fortunate to have lived all over B.C. and Alberta but am glad to be able to call Cranbrook home. It is a fantastic place to raise my two daughters, Ailie and Brynn, and explore the outdoors. I also love travelling and am always up for an adventure. I am always delighted to connect to share my experiences and grow my network of colleagues.
