About Duncan Oshaughnessy

After a successful and fulfilling career in golf course management, I have made the change to being a Compliance and Governance Manager. In the past five and a half years, I have also worked as a field technician in the telecoms industry, a Safety and Quality Compliance Officer and for the past two years, a Lead Investigator for the Department. Picking up new technical skills has been extremely rewarding and now that I understand the safety issues in working in homes and in the open, I feel ready to take on this new role offering the chance to be proactive in keeping the business compliant in all areas. This is backed up by a sound technical background and excellent people skills learnt from many years of golf course management. I like to bring innovation and efficiency to all working practices.
