Background

About Duncan Padilla

I am a graduate with a BA in Sociology with a human service emphasis and I am strongly passionate about dance! I started when I was three and became more serious when I got into Highschool. At the age of 18, I was promoted to a director position for a dance company called Feel Projection. Shortly after I became director, I was promoted to the executive director and currently am the executive director of Full Potential Dance Company previously (FPDC) known as Feel Projection. Through FPDC, I have gained many different skills that are not limited to dance. Two achievements that have given me a lot of experience and skillsets are "Complex Dance Competition" and "Battle for Tri-City" which both started in 2015 and are still continuing today! I am also passionate about helping others in need. Through dance, I have learned that I am fulfilled through leadership, nonprofit work, community development, administration management, logistical management, conflict mediation/resolution, and much more. I enjoy using my critical analysis, interpersonal skills, and creative thinking to figure out the best and most efficient ways to complete my tasks. On Linkedin, I am hoping to find an entry-level job that aligns with my goals and values while also gaining experiences and improving/learning skills.
