I am a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience working with major corporations to achieve successful business outcomes. As a leader of senior leaders, I am passionate about developing people and creating an environment in which they can succeed. As Vice President (Retail, Communications, Media & Entertainment) at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, I have worked with CXOs to develop and implement technology and business process solutions that deliver both top and bottom line growth. HOW I HELP ORGANISATIONS: Define and own business unit strategy, financial performance, project delivery, client satisfaction and employee engagement Manage client relationships at senior executive levels Lead complex high-value business pursuits I have 20 years’ direct experience in managing major change programs and client relationships for service providers, both in Australia and internationally (UK, US, Singapore, India), and 10 years’ experience working client-side. Known for my high integrity, sincerity and a strong consultative approach, I am curious and passionate about understanding my clients’ issues. I am proud of my ability to work with different organisational cultures, and apply my experiences from financial services, communications, retail, manufacturing, airlines, media and entertainment to deliver meaningful business results. I bring my knowledge of analytics, the cloud, security and mobility for larger organisations. Through my role as the COO of a major international player, I understand the structure and processes that give an advantage, and can bring these into smaller organisations without stifling agility.
