Having spent over seven years as a member of the insurance litigation group at Brownlee LLP, I've gained a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in handling claims in areas such as product liability, personal injury, professional negligence, and property and construction matters. My educational background is diverse, having earned both a Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Dalhousie University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Biology and Political Science from the University of Alberta. This breadth of knowledge provides me with a unique vantage point, particularly when it comes to understanding the wide range of topics that arise in insurance litigation. In court, I've made a name for myself as a fierce advocate for my clients. I've appeared before the Court of King's Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta, where I've honed my ability to analyze complex legal issues, craft winning strategies, and deliver persuasive arguments.
