About Duncan Watson
Building a career within the field of mental health/clinical/counselling psychology since completing my MSc Psychology (conversion) and COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills. This has led me onto an MSc Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Strathclyde. The basis for this course is training in Person-Centred counselling as developed by Dr Carl Rogers. My work encompasses use of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) tools and CBT practice - eg: NHS Anxiety Management (LIAM) Intention is to pursue counselling and psychotherapy as well as engage in academic clinical research eventually
