Over my career I’ve work if many different aspects of Customer Service as both frontline employee and as a manager within the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors. Just over 5 years ago I move to my current role as a Senior Contracts Adviser at Bupa. Over my career I’ve developed a great passion for success not only for myself but for my colleagues, employees and the companies I’ve work for. Coaching people, business improvement and process development, business change and self improvement have given me the biggest satisfaction in what you’ll probable agreed has been a varied career path. I’m an outspoken advocate for mental and the importance of its expectance in the work place and how suffers are seen by their colleagues and employees. The drive for this come from my own personal experiences from suffering for anxiety throughout my life. This had lead me to be a very open person about and widely stigmatised subject and am always open to let anyone vent to me about they troubles.
