About Dunja Palic
Wrapping up my dissertation on qualified immigrants' career transitions, I am eager to join a dynamic business faculty where I may further develop my engaging teaching style and research endeavours. When deciding to pursue a PhD in Management, I chose to specialize in international management because I want to create a meaningful impact in whatever capacity I can to aid in immigrant integration, inclusion, and career development. As such, international careers and immigrant workforce integration are the focus of my research pursuits.
