I am an accomplished CFO and Business Leader with more than 25 years success in the Upstream and Midstream international energy industry. A trusted and respected business partner, I have driven mergers, acquisitions and new business projects in a diverse range of enterprise environments from $3B to $30B market capital. As the financial lead on a $650M debt raise in 2016, I enjoyed strategizing and collaborating through a challenging economic environment. Working with Executive, Board Directors, and internal/external stakeholders – people know me to simplify the complex – I analyze and craft stories that deliver key business drivers in support of efficient decision making. Having served now for more than 7 years on both non-profit and for-profit Boards gives me a full circle vision of the challenges and opportunities on both sides of the table. And as much as I thrive in high-level business strategy - I am equally energized by leading high performing teams. As teacher/mentor, I am driven to find process improvements through empowerment and self-development for my teams. I am creative and efficient in coordinating people and resources to maximize impact.
