About Durga Mohan

Over the years, I’ve evolved from building enterprise-scale applications to leading strategic engineering initiatives that influence business outcomes. I’m an accomplished technology professional and leader who thrives on servant leadership, cultivates psychological safety, and is deeply passionate about mentoring others to reach their full potential - all while delivering impactful, modern technology solutions. My leadership journey has been rooted in empathy, trust, and a strong belief that the best ideas emerge when people feel safe to speak up, experiment, and grow. Whether I’m leading cloud migrations, modernizing architecture, or scaling platforms across distributed teams, I focus just as much on how we deliver as what we deliver. I bring a balance of deep technical experience and business-first thinking.
