I’m a results-driven Software Engineer and Customer Success Consultant with 4+ years of experience building scalable backend systems, enabling cloud-based data platforms, and driving customer-centric solutions across global regions including India, UK, Spain, Canada, and the Philippines. At TransUnion (formerly Neustar), I’ve led and delivered key initiatives like Data Quality Automation, Asset Migration Frameworks, and Cross-Region Platform Enablement (Bureau-in-a-Box). My tech stack includes Java (Spring Boot), Python, Spark, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, GCP, and AWS. I’ve actively worked with cross-functional teams — from Architects and Data Scientists to DevOps and InfoSec — ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, and regionally compliant. I hold an M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from BITS Pilani, where I specialized in deep learning and computer vision, building projects like pneumonia detection from X-ray images using CNNs. I’ve been awarded 6 times for my quarterly performance, won the GCP Cloud Hero challenge, and have mentored and informally led multiple engineering team members.
