As a member of the sales and sales development team, I develop strategies and deliver services in co-ordination with other teams to achieve targets and thus generate turnover. At the same time, I establish potential customer relationships suitable for sales and strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating business relationships with people I find important. I carry existing organisations to higher levels with my expertise in analysing market trends, developing effective sales strategies and solution-oriented implementation. As a graduate of Dumlupınar University, Department of Economics, I have strengthened my theoretical education by applying my theoretical education to my sales and sales development strategies in practice. I also manage the sales process effectively by acquiring CRM skills. I also have knowledge in conducting strategic sales development negotiations, designing sales models and planning the process, and following global and local logistics trends.
