My focus lies in building omni-channel communication strategies that drive positive sentiment through ongoing analysis and implementation of industry trends, while monitoring and measuring impact to protect and influence brand reputation and thus, lead generation. During my career I've worked in FMCG, information technology, academia, financial services, and mining, with a penchant for the technology industry. I enjoy reading African and Victorian literature, podcasts on a variety of topics and I'm slightly obsessed with discovering new blends of tea.
