Background

About Dushan Stevanovic

I'm a Software Engineer with over 4 years of professional experience under my belt and First Class Honours in a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. While most of my experience has been with Ruby on Rails, I consider myself more of a polyglot engineer as I've gained the skills required to be able to quickly upskill myself to be productive on any tech stack so I've worked with technologies like Node.js and Java in my career too. I've worked on large and small scale public sector projects across as variety of organisations such as the Department for Education, DVLA and Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. I've also gained experience in working in product focused organisations I'm constantly interested in learning and improving myself where I can (I'm currently learning Python and Godot) and strive to improve my fundamentals as much as possible. I love working in collaborative teams and trying to add to the culture of any teams and organisations I'm part of, often in fun ways like 30 days song challenges. I'm not interested in any cryptocurrency or blockchain roles so please don't approach me with those For recruiters: I'd be happy to share my CV and contact details after an initial chat
