About Dushyant Patil

With over 22 years of experience in the packaging industry, I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable packaging products and solutions that meet the needs of diverse customers and markets. As the President of Chamber of Marathwada Industries and Agriculture (CMIA), I lead a team of professionals who advocate for the interests and growth of the industrial and agricultural sectors in the region. I also serve as the Director of Unique Packaging Hub, a family-owned business that specializes in manufacturing and exporting corrugated boxes and other packing materials. In my current role as the President of CMIA, I represent the voice of over 800 member organizations and collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, policy makers, media, and academia, to promote the development and competitiveness of the local industries and agriculture. I also oversee the planning and execution of various initiatives and events that aim to enhance the skills, knowledge, and network of the members, such as workshops, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and trade delegations. Additionally, as the Director of Unique Packaging Hub, I manage the operations, finances, and marketing of the company, and ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services. I have successfully expanded our customer base and export markets, and secured multiple contracts with leading companies in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food and beverages.
