I am extremely flexible and can adapt to many changes or job positions. I believe I will be an asset to any team I join. Customer service and professionalism is my main priority in any field. I have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities which establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, direct reports, and managers. I possess the ability to use tact and diplomacy, patience and courtesy in dealing with a wide variety of individuals. I can interact courteously with the general public, patients, staff, faculty, students, peers, supervisor's and direct reports. Due to my high level of training and experience in the security field, I can identify potentially hazardous situations, react quickly, and take appropriate action based on established policies and procedures. I have extensive training in both law enforcement and security due to my prior work as an officer with the California Highway Patrol and as an Assistant Security Director at Arden Fair Mall. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno.
