I have been a resident of Florida for over 20 years. I finished school here, learned to drive here, and even got my first job here. I truly consider Florida to be my home. I have lived in several locations throughout South Florida and currently with my wife and dogs in DeLand. I hit the ground running in my real estate career. I was able to participate in 19 real estate transactions my first year. My second year’s numbers jumped to 98 transactions! I attribute my ongoing success to my ability to troubleshoot problems and finding speedy resolutions to customer’s objections. Of course a sense of humor and patience are also invaluable. I have 15+ years of construction experience to help guide customers thru their buying experience. It is valuable to know what repairs or improvements can be made affordably and what repairs could break the bank. My wife and I service Eastern Central Florida from Palm Coast to Orlando and everything in between. I welcome Realtors from other areas to send me referrals (35%) so their customers can have a local show them the best possible service. I am also interested in developing a network of Agents to send referrals to as well. Central Florida hosts residents from all over North America. Once we find their Florida dream home, they may need a Real Estate Professional to help them sell their property up North.
