About Dustin Berreth

With over 15 years of experience as "that guy" for your IT needs, I also excel at team building, customer service, and leadership, I specialize in crafting clear, impactful process and technical documentation and improving the processes around them. I have a proven track record of managing remote and in-house teams, developing workflows, and enhancing employee engagement to achieve measurable results. Currently, my work with Apple allows me to lead initiatives in data analysis, root cause identification, and employee mentorship. My focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction consistently contributes to high CSAT scores and improved operational efficiency, and I'm always looking for new opportunities to learn and improve. After the passing of my father in 2008, I set out to really figure out myself and the world around me. After visiting Washington and Oregon, British Columbia, and Massachusetts, I landed in Texas where I have been thriving ever since. During my time traveling I had the opportunity to volunteer on home and church construction projects, fishing expeditions, and youth gaming programs, including a stint as a Pokemon Professor! In recent years, with the help of many great doctors, I have been able to identify my disabilities as EDS, ADHD, and ASD. While this helps explain my challenges and my interactions with the world, I refuse to let it slow me down. As of December 2024 I have completed an Associates degree of Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University, while still working full time and maintaining my performance standards. I am driven to continue to learn, improve, and blaze the trail for others in my position, making a more welcoming and sustainable work environment for those with physical or mental health challenges. I believe that the work place needs to be a place where everyone is comfortable, and I recognize that can be a bit different for everyone. I make sure to keep things casual and light-hearted, but know when to buckle down and focus on the task at hand. I also love to communicate through gifs and memes when in team chats and emails, to help keep the mood fun and the clock from ticking backwards. In my free time, I will be working in my small personal music studio, going through my massive collection of Steam and Switch games, or lounging with my Japanese Akita, Kupo. I am an avid fan of retro gaming and speed running, and want to do more work in the arena of preservation of the classics, old and new.
