I am passionate about continuous improvement, client satisfaction and helping those around me be the best they can be. My strengths include: Ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues, customers and vendors Proven ability to lead teams of up to 8 direct reports Taking complex information and communicating it simply Managing multiple functions/projects to bring order to chaos Coming out of college I held sales roles for the first seven years of my career. I was able to be effective, building relationships over the phone and in-person as a stockbroker, loan officer, and admissions advisor, but it was never a passion. I value the skills I learned during those years but decided to get an MBA and started looking for something more personally fulfilling. When I began working at Evanta and interviewing C-level executives from Fortune companies, I started to thrive. I loved absorbing hours of conversation and distilling it into themes to build conferences around. I was also assigned progressively larger vendor accounts like Sprint, EMC and Dell to collaboratively maximize their ROI. I took on a team of content managers and spent 5 years establishing processes and coaching others to be successful. I switched to a smaller company with a mission to standardize their approach and bring enterprise level processes to a boutique consulting firm to help accelerate growth. My role has expanded into operations where I am involved in all aspects of our business including finance, vendor sourcing and management, hiring, HR policy and sales strategy. As part of my commitment to continuous learning I completed a project management certificate.
