With over seven years of experience at Puget Sound Energy, I am a passionate and dedicated Business Continuity Program Manager who strives to enhance the resilience and agility of the organization. I have a B.S. in Business IT Management and skills in office administration, team building, and automation. In my current role, I work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with IT and organizational objectives. I also facilitate training, testing, and communication activities to promote awareness and readiness among employees and stakeholders. In my previous roles, I supported various IT projects and initiatives, as well as performed administrative and clerical tasks for the IT department. I am motivated by the mission of Puget Sound Energy to provide safe, reliable, and affordable energy to the customers and communities we serve, and I am committed to contributing to its success and sustainability.
