About Dustin Patterson

A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work."-Colin Powell. While I do believe in the great value of working smarter not harder, it is this mindsight that drives me to be successful in everything I do. It is that very same determination that helped me achieve five promotions, eighteen years of experience building client relationships, five years of leadership experience and success in my current role today. Currently I have seventeen years of experience in retail, five of those in a leadership role, and one year of banking experience. In my five years of leadership I gained experience in talent acquisition, talent development, prioritization, task delegation, scheduling, inventory management, invoice management and merchandising. In my short time as a Relationship Banker I have been able to utilize my retail experience to help build customer loyalty, exceed my individual sales goals, and contribute to the financial center meeting its goals. However, the most important lesson I have learned through all of my experience is how important it is to be a team player. I truly believe that the words of the legendary Chicago Bulls coach Phil Jackson are true,"The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team."
