I have learned much about customers needs and wants and how to win them over, or address a difficult circumstance even if there is not clear winning. I enjoy raising my team members up and learning with them and not judging customers or coworkers for shortcomings but to lead by example even if we don't get along, I could say more but that would be just me blowing smoke my resume speaks for itself in my success even though I have jumped around a bit, it is because I am flexible and a faster learner looking for new opportunities if you're company can't offer that or doesn't care about their employs you to be blunt don't deserve to prosper.
