I am a dedicated and dependable Safety Practitioner with over fifteen years of experience managing all facets of Safety and Risk Management, with an emphasis on construction safety, including insights into safety risks, vulnerabilities, and response measures to protect corporate assets, facilities, and intellectual property. I work in tandem with field, mid, senior, and executive levels of management to create sustainable growth for a company through recognition, training, coaching, and development of safety-minded human behaviors amongst their work force. I have demonstrated unique ways of creating accountability, driving results, and fostering service-based, team-oriented cultures. I bring a unique perspective to any organization with my hands-on experience in all aspects of a Safety Department’s functions through years on firsthand knowledge, coupled with over fifteen years of experience in pre-hospital emergency medicine & workplace injury management. I am consistently focused on maximizing the protection of all aspects of a corporation and the production of its employees and property.
