With a strong and consistent work history, I have dedicated my career to helping my company and others achieve and/or exceed their annual corporate revenue objectives. Since beginning my career with United Healthcare (2010), I have held three C-level positions, assuming and meeting all added responsibilities head-on. I have met the challenges of each new position’s legal, financial and operational expectations as they apply to the following network contracting areas: Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Military. As an innovative healthcare professional, it is my goal to keep abreast of current business strategies and practices, as well as being vigilant in understanding and applying the changes and challenges of an industry that is in constant flux. I am a visionary who has integrity, is innovative and dedicated with the confidence to move forward in maintaining a lead in the healthcare arena. I have a passion that 1) encourages and motivates underperforming teams as well as teams on an upward trajectory; 2) keeps abreast of all segments of network management issues; 3) serves as a positive influence to industry providers and other leaders; and 4) leads by example and instills a sense of pride in all areas of the workplace.
