Coordinating the testing activity for fix and mobile systems is a challenging experience with the goal to ensure that technical and business requirements are implemented according to the scope. Collaboration with vendors, other IT teams and business is essential for a successful testing activity. Also, manage, coach, supervises and appraise direct reports in order to have motivated employees is part of the job. As Business System Manager, I was coordinating the implementation of projects from CRM area, starting with business analyze and continuing with development and configuration, testing and release to production, post implementation support. Also managing people in order to have a motivated team was part of the job. As Project and Release Manager I coordinated the implementation of projects from the resource allocation, planning of projects, monitor project phases, manage issues and change requests, update project plan, maintain project documentation, ensure the timely and appropriate communication of key project information, coordinate project closure and hand-over. As CRM System Manager I assured the running of own department projects for implementing new functionalities in the IT systems, from analyzing business requirements, development and configuration, testing and release to production. Also managing people in order to have a motivated team was part of the job. As a CRM Business Analyst I was involved in the implementation of changes requested by business users: business analyze, technical documentation, development and configuration, testing activities, post implementation support activities.
