About Duwayne Pike

Duwayne is a dynamic individual, passionate about innovation and business transformation. Having strong business qualifications, he has also developed strong technical acumen with extensive hands-on experience of the entire value chain. A track record of successful business turnarounds has been the result of an uncompromising work ethic, his ability to build strong relationships and having managerial skills beyond his years. He is an authentic leader - his mix of core values and capabilities motivates those around him to continuously "do things better and faster". Duwayne is an MBA graduate from Henley Business School, University of Reading. He is also currently pursuing his CGMA/CIMA designation. Also, Duwayne is married to the women of his dreams, Lizelle and when time allows they enjoy exploring our beautiful country with their son, Oliver. They are also passionate about food and travelling beyond our borders, and dream of one day living abroad for a season. Other hobbies include any activities involving the great outdoors, good music, walking their "rescues" and reading. On a personal level, Duwayne is an avid golfer and is passionate about the markets, art and postmodernist furniture.
