About Dwain Bitter

I'm Dwain Bitter, Realtor with Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty in Napa. My wife and I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to the Napa Valley following my retirement from a long career with IBM. Real estate is an opportunity to pursue a passion my wife and I have shared for our entire lives together. I spent my first 34 year career selling complex information technology solutions for IBM. I personally negotiated over $ 750M in sales to government and education clients while I worked for IBM. I learned how to communicate with a wide variety of people, navigate intricate government processes, manage a team and protect the interests of my clients. These are the skills you need in your Realtor, whether you are buying your first home, selling your lifelong home, exchanging investment property or buying your dream second home.
