Over 15 years of experience recruiting, training, and developing teams, creating effective campaigns as from every level of experience. I have been a volunteer organizer and Chamber of Commerce employee in my teens to a partner and Vice President of Public Relations and Government Affairs Consulting Firm in my 20s. I have helmed teams for numerous Senatorial, Congressional, State & Local entities as well as NGOs & Non-Profits. Now I help people plan for their financial futures. At 28, I helped co-found and run a Real Estate Investment Group as well as a non-profit to unite people of all backgrounds. Since 2016 I've served on several boards for organizations and causes near to my heart. I have a passion for helping to build, shape, and lead organizations as well the people in organizations in order to promote a brighter way forward for our communities. Using the responsibilities I've been tasked with in the past, rising to the occasion again and again my aim is to always satisfy the motto upon the McClure family crest,"Let us be judged by our actions".
