Honored with the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award and the 2018 EBONY Power 100 Community Crusader Award for his relentless effort in bridging the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve and impactful workshops with over youth globally. Through Inner Vision International, a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Dwayne and his team have empowered school districts nationwide, including Chicago Public Schools, Broward County Public Schools, Orange County Public Schools, Palm Beach County Public Schools, Shelby County Public Schools, Washington DC, and numerous districts across the nation with “The Vision®,” a 22-week character-building curriculum.
