Work Philosophy I love going to work. Work help me get my mind off thing I have going on in my regular life. I look forward to helping guest. I take pride in giving great customer service. Good customer service is what keep guest coming in to our hotel. The hotel I work at now need to be remodel but the good customer service that me and my coworker give to our guest make them want to stay at our hotel anytime they are in town. The pride I take in the customer service I give is very important to me. I try to treat my entire guest like how I would want to be treated if I was the customer. Professional Summary I worked front desk host at the Hyatt place Hotel. I now work the front desk at Hilton Garden Inn. With the experience from both companies i will now be able to move up to front desk manager at the Hilton by Tru. I have close to three years in the hospitality industry and I also have more five year of customer service experience. This experience help me as a front desk host. I take a lot of pride and the customer service that I provide.
