About Dwayne Cowley

Dwayne Graduated with a Diploma from Mount Royal College – General Insurance and Business Administration Program in 1997. Shortly thereafter was hired by Johnson & Higgins/Marsh Canada as a Technical Assistant in the Commercial Lines Department. During his employment there he was exposed to many lines of Commercial Insurance including, Commercial Property/Casualty (Molson Program with a target market of Hotels, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Pubs, Liquor Stores), Oil & Gas, Commercial Auto, Aviation & Marine.In Dwayne received his A.I.I.C. designation while an employee of Marsh Canada and was awarded the Blue Goose Award for Academic Standing. Dwayne currently has his CIP designation which replaced his previous A.I.I.C designation.In Dwayne was employed by Astro Insurance. and gained valuable experience as a Commercial Lines Broker. During his employment there he worked with many different Insurers including: Sovereign General, Royal & SunAlliance, Wawanesa, Aviva, Dominion of Canada, AXA Pacific, Citadel, Markel, Encon, Equine and many specialty markets. He also gained valuable experience in Farm Insurance while managing a Farm Insurance Program “Ag Connexions” for 5 years along side of many other Commercial Accounts.In January 2008 Dwayne was employed by AMA Insurance in the Commercial Lines Insurance Department and is currently working as a Personal Lines/Commercial Lines Insurance Advisor.
