At the helm of the United States Southern Command's Intelligence Directorate, my role as Senior Enlisted Advisor encompasses strategic leadership and the advanced training of a diverse team. Under my assertive leadership, my team's dedication has been pivotal in enhancing communications infrastructure to support U.S. allies and partner nations. With a rich background as a Master Training Specialist, I have effectively managed and developed over 500 intelligence and support professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and operational readiness. My expertise in strategic planning is rooted in hands-on experience, where I have established strong ties with Intelligence Community organizations, optimizing asset coordination and intelligence capabilities. My commitment to professionalism and discipline has not only mentored a Navy team of 125 personnel but also ensured our mission's success. The guiding principle of my service is to contribute to national defense with innovation and unwavering dedication, always striving for excellence in the complex landscape of global security.
