About Dwayne Farver

Beginning in Manufacturing, then moving to Inventory Control, I was able to learn about the the products and the systems we used to make them. After a shift to Item Setup and Packaging Creation, I was able to learn more about Sourcing as well as Licensor Requirements. I spent several years doing Business Analytics which allowed me to grow my Excel skills and learn more about database management. I managed All Occasion replenishment and Seasonal Sales Reporting for one of our major accounts. I also built and managed several other databases for other accounts. They're used to store point of sale history and also for building sales reports, finding trends, and insights. My history allows me to see things from multiple viewpoints. I always try to encourage detailed organization, technical documentation, and communication. Changing to the Senior Planner position it going to present an opportunity to use my experience to use. And of course, provide a challenge as I learn and grow new skills.
