About Dwayne Geidel

have worked as the Customer Service Manager and as a Supervisor at Doe & Ingalls, now a subsidiary of ThermoFisher Scientific, over sixteen years. I built the the Customer Service Department from four Customer Service Representatives to fourteen as business and departmental demands increased. Over the years Doe & Ingalls purchased a distributor in Medford, Massachusetts and I worked with this distributor and the Customer Service team to ensure that customers were satisfied and our warehouse was able to supply goods to them accordingly. Our company was purchased by ThermoFisher and I worked with Customer Service team to ensure a smooth transition. I have over thirty years of experience working in Customer Service. I helped to build a small manufacturing facility in Oakland, California and over eleven years we developed new products and processes. I was active in the development of these, including the creation and implementation of shop floor routings, bills of material, engineering change/request orders, operating procedures and work instructions.
