About My Career Growing up in Saskatchewan, I learned the value of hard work through my family’s successful plumbing business which was built from the ground up. I credit my natural leadership to working in the family business and dedication to team sports. In 1990, my career began at Ernst & Young where I earned my Chartered Accountant designation. In 1994 I moved into senior leadership positions in public and private oil and gas companies. In 2002, I joined Western Lakota Energy Services as its CFO and was responsible for developing partnerships with several First Nation and Metis communities. In 2006, Savanna Energy Services and Western Lakota merged. My role evolved into business development and operations, overseeing Savanna’s start-up operation in Australia. In 2020 I joined Radicle Group Inc, a GHG Emissions Reduction, and through a merger with BMO is now BMO Radicle Inc.
