Darwin was right when he said, “it is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but rather the most adaptive to change.” I'm a relentless agent for change, here to see how far I can push my potential and the potential of others. Focusing my efforts on combining economics, the economics of digitalisation, business administration, information systems, and multiple innovation projects from research and development to software specification design and service process development. As well as the implementation, testing, and monitoring of these offerings. A part of my role as an executive associate to the COO includes: • development and implementation of operational processes • overseeing the Pre-authorisation request (PAR) process for all medical aid schemes, including the provision of support and supervision to the clinical administrative team • maintaining relationships with clients (esp. medical aid schemes) and partnerships falling under the COO office, through continuous engagement and liaison • the review and administration of all contracts, the drafting and review of company policies, and communicating said policies to the company as a whole My current passion stems from managing operations, implementing business processes, and being involved in strategic planning with a vision to change the way businesses think, act and operate.
