Dwayne is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CASUGOL. He is a Digital Transformation Advisor and Corporate Trainer with an extensive experience in Digital Transformation (DX), Digital Strategies, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Business Development. Driven by the passion to empower individuals by making education, knowledge, and resources accessible, Dwayne draws on his extensive experience as an entrepreneur, and senior corporate executive and founded CASUGOL. As a CEO, he leads a team of highly skilled professionals, is responsible for strategic decision-making, and business development, and oversees all core business units. He chairs the International Advisory Committee (IAC) in CASUGOL made up of leading academics, industry, and subject matter experts from across the world who come together in the name of knowledge sharing and education. Under his leadership, CASUGOL has emerged on the international stage now having programs and courses being offered in 38 countries. Dwayne is highly sorted and received regular invitations from the Public Sector, Government Agencies, Multi-National Companies, Colleges, and Universities regionally and has successfully conducted multiple batches with them. He is also being invited to contribute to policy sharing and discussion in the areas of digital transformation and emerging technologies by the Government ministries across the region. Dwayne is often regarded by participants to be a sincere, and committed professional, with excellent knowledge in the areas of his specialization.
