I’m a Sr. Marketing Campaign Analyst. In my role, I support the prospecting and new initiatives business groups on growing business relationships that impact our customers and communities. We work to create shared value through the services and products we provide. This role allows me to bridge my marketing knowledge in the telecommunications industry to the banking/finance industry. Before joining Regions, I supported both our Wireline and Wireless Campaign List Management teams at AT & T. I also am responsible for the technical coding & process improvements for our Wireless Marketing Reporting & Analysis team. The telecommunications industry is highly competitive and a fast-changing industry. I am a part of an organization which is consistently providing innovative, reliable, high-quality products and services. We do this, by monitoring and quickly responding to the concerns and needs of consumers and businesses in an efficient manner; mobilizing their communications and entertainment. I began my professional career as a Math teacher in the Dallas Independent School District. Over the course of 18 years of corporate America experience, I have had the opportunity to develop and transfer highly technical skills and qualities for amazing companies: in telecom, Verizon; in Banking/Finance, Citibank; in Oil/Gas/Electric, Reliant Energy an NRG Company. I am passionate about my career responsibilities and always open to connect with other like-minded technical individuals. I have a critical eye for accuracy and efficiency. My highest achievements have come when taking on tasks that are marked as ‘undoable’. Project managers and colleagues reach their business objectives because I use my vast knowledge and proficiency of SAS, SAS MA, Teradata SQL, Oracle, Unix, Unica/IBM Campaign, Tableau, Aster SQL, and other languages coupled with my strong aptitude with process macro automation and efficiency. I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Computer Science from Lyon College, formerly Arkansas College.
