I'm an accomplished and resourceful executive with extensive leadership, training, and managerial experience with an exemplary record in Team Recruiting, Training, Human Resources, Project Management, and Process Analysis while managing recruiter performance within a government entity. Over twenty-five years of proven leadership abilities in exceeding targeted goals and/or objectives throughout my entire career. I personally supervise all Command Organizational Management, Changes and Budget, while facilitating Commands Training and Instructing program along with Counseling/Conflict Resolution. I have earned an MBA in Human Resources.
