With over 12 years of experience in the retail industry, I am a customer service and sales leader who drives sales growth with customer-focused strategies. I am currently an Assistant Store Manager at Nautica and lucky Brand Jeans, a global lifestyle brand that offers high-quality apparel and accessories for men, women, and children. In my role, I assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers, coordinate daily customer service operations, and track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. I also supervise and motivate staff, evaluate employee performance, and identify hiring and training needs. Additionally, I have a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and jewelry, which I leverage to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I have a GSI Diamond Certification from Kay Jewelers and a CRM Certificate from edX, which enable me to communicate effectively with clients, analyze consumer behavior, and suggest sales training programs and techniques.
