Dwight is a licensed Insurance professional with over 25 years of Employee Benefits and Insurance Planning experience Dwight worked at Met Life from 1991 to 1993 as a Individual Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist. Dwight been at Small Business Insurance Agency, Inc since 1993 as a Benefits Broker that provides full analyses of employee benefits that include health and dental coverage to worker’s compensation, life, disability and liability insurance and retirement plans, with diverse financial products and programs to help business owners and individuals reduce their exposure to risk, and for employers, to build benefit programs that attract and retain employees. Services that are also provided are Human Resources Services and Payroll recommendations. Dwight believes his insurance background helps him make excellent benefit recommendations to his clients. He takes pride in coming up with a customized benefits package for each individual client based on geographic location, economic factors, company size, demographics, and market research for a client’s industry. Given the fact that no two companies are exactly the same – Dwight’s approach assures that each pressure point for a specific client company is addressed and that each company is maximizing its benefits package offering to its employees. His goal is to make his clients the employers of choice in their industry and give them an extra edge when attracting and retaining key employees.
