I have over 24 years experience in personnel management, maintenance management, remanufacturing and logistical operations. I directly set up and managed a newly developed repair and remanufacturing facility. In this role I was responsible for facilities acquisition, construction and development. I have vast experience in a demanding production environment with stringent contractual obligations. I have experience that required special focus on cost accounting measures, parts availability and procurement, inventory management, production forecasting and process improvement. I used my experience in analyzing trends, and implementing corrective measures to increase productivity, and reduce costs. I am a leader who understands the importance of process improvements, lean manufacturing, dedication, quality assurance and the ability to adapt and be successful in a competitive environment.
